The app is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that historical simulation data is fully accurate to real historical markets.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any real-world trading or investment decisions you make that were informed by your use of this simulator.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

Per Apple's requirements, if a developer does not provide their own custom EULA, the app is automatically licensed to end users under Apple's Standard EULA. Projectile uses Apple's standard terms rather than a custom license. You can read the full, authoritative text directly from Apple here:

https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

That agreement covers scope of license, consent to use of data, maintenance and support, warranty, product claims, export law compliance, and third-party beneficiary terms (Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce it).
